Return Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped or produced. If your cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Returns (If Applicable)

We accept returns. You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (including returns). No restocking fees will be charged for returning a product.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Please contact our customer service team to obtain the correct return address. Do not return the item to the address listed on our website, as it may not be the correct return location.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.
